Real Estate Forum is a platform for B2B meetings for local and international construction and development companies in the field of real estate. It was first held in 2021 in parallel with Caucasus Build, initiated due to joint efforts by ExpoGeorgia and partner organizations – Property Georgia, FIABCI-Georgia, and the Georgian National Real Estate Association (GNARE).
Representatives of about 30 brokerage companies interested in the Georgian real estate market from 6 target countries took part in the forum last year.
In this year’s edition of the forum, the number of both target countries and brokerage companies participating are planned to increase. In addition, the forum also plans to visit potential investors and present investment projects to them, both by the state and the private sector.
